Anxiety Kiss (Poem)

We kiss,

Yet we don’t kiss often,

I do love when we kiss,

Yet the nausea makes it hard to kiss often,

That’s why we don’t always kiss.

You see, anxiety brings the nausea,

Yet my love still stays with me,

He waits until there isn’t any nausea,

He makes me so thankful that he’s patient with me,

After all, it’s his patience that has helped eliminate the anxiety symptoms like nausea.

He made me see that love can be the cure for anxiety attacks,

He made me see that all I needed was love,

With his love I slowly overcome attacks,

Thus, I’m thankful for his love,

I’m so thankful that he became the hero that helped me overcome the attacks.
