Older Sister and a Mother’s Lie (Poem)

One older sister,

Same father,

I don’t even feel like she’s a sister,

Even though we have the same father,

I guess it’s up to me to decided whether I should consider her a sister.

Her mother raised her,

She filled her head with lies about our father,

The child support money seems like it went to the mother and not her,

The mother used our father,

The older sister believed her.

The older sister assumed like our father didn’t care about her,

When in reality my father would’ve let her lived with us,

Yet when the older sister visited she acted like we were going to get beat up by her,

She wasn’t nice to us,

All because her mother made her believe that our father didn’t love her.
